CURBSIDE ETIQUETTE

Through the Eyes of a Delivery Goddess

Below you will find links to dates when new entries are added. The stories will not necessarily be in chronological order, but rather as I remember them. I am dating them so that you can skip to new ones you haven't read since the last time you visited, and so that you are more easily able to find something you found humorous to share with others.

Inspiration and Motivation for this Site

First of all, of course, I'd have to pay honor to my parents who have been the best parents on the planet. My mother taught me to be involved in anything and everything. She taught me that I was fortunate, talented, special and above all, loved. She taught me that anyone who made fun of others was generally lacking in self confidence, and I should encourage them and be nice to them. (That one has not always been the easiest to uphold.) She told me that one's mind is very strong, and I could accomplish ANYTHING, if I really wanted to. Truly the best!

My father taught me to laugh at myself before anyone else had a chance. He taught me to measure twice, cut once. He set the best examples of everything he said - he was never a "do as I say, not as I do" kind of person. My dad brought stability, genuineness, compassion and most of all, comic relief to our family. I could not have asked for a better family life, and they raised the best only child spoiled brat on earth.

Of course, there are many, many honors to be given to my wonderful husband and my other family members and friends, which includes my first husband, about whom, the first entry is written. Without them, I would not have stories to tell.

I have to give thanks to my buddy John K. in Virginia for the continued encouragement toward writing down my experiences, just in case anyone else would find them as amusing as he has. Thanks, John!

I hope you can find something enjoyable in the links to the left. I've certainly had a wild time living them.
